Merrill, our amazing bike mechanic spent much of the day going over our bike setup and teaching others the basics of how to fix and maintain bikes while on the road.
Madi, MamaD, and Stacey cooked enough dinner for the next 3 days!! I had a taste of the chili and it was great.Weezal spent hours upon hours highlighting the route book and inserting route changes. That guy just works.
Peter Ramdial was diligent in documenting all of the days activities on PHillyK's camera. PHillyK is planning on using the footage taken by Peter to make a 20-30minutes "Bonus Feature" to our Documentary Movie when he sells it on DVD.
Fabio, PapaD, and The Goat were all busy with making sure we are ready to roll come tomorrow. There is just so much to do.

Tisk, tisk. You'll never become a TdF mechanic clamping the seat tube, bro. :) Then again, I guess the Surly's can take it, and Suga's funny seat post is probably giving you a headache as well.
